It’s here! Another new year and unfortunately a time for those dreaded “resolutions” we feel compelled to make. Many of you may be thinking, “What New Year’s resolution can I make this year and actually keep?”
What if we were to change our mindset from making New Year’s resolutions into actual goal setting? Let’s take a step back and think about the differences. New Year’s resolutions are standards we set for ourselves that can easily be broken. On the other hand, goals are targets we aim toward through a process of steps and actions leading to long-term lifestyle changes.
